The space

The house is on top of the village Topolia, Kissamos, Crete. Its location fits ideally for visits to the main points of interest, such as:

Drapanias beach (8 kms)

Balos beach (12 km)

Elafonisi beach (28 km)

Falassarna beach (15 km)

Paleochora city and beaches (29 km)

The house is ideal for relaxation in a green area with view to the mountains and sea.

A two storey house of 150m² with open basement area of 60m² designed and built to suit pleasant living.

The villa is distributed in two levels:

– the kitchen, the livingroom, a full bathroom, a master bedroom are in the first level.

– The big and comfortable sofa which becomes a full double bed and a second bathroom are in the second level.

The villa can accomodate up to 4 individuals.

An elegantly decorated lounge and a completely equipped kitchen are also at the tennant’s disposal.

Through the villa, everyone is able to enjoy breathtaking views of the Kissamos area, from the north-western side, views of the Selino’s province on the eastern side and views of the White Mountains on the southern side.

There is a private and safe parking for your car.

Beaches have the international sign of the “Blue Flag”, which means that the sea is clean. Also, the excavations of the ancient city Polirrinia are near.

We will welcome you at home, at your arrival!

The stone house is very cool during summer.

Guest access

You, as guests, will have access to the entire house and to its features.

Interaction with guests

We respect the privacy of our guests. We are presents during the arrival and the departure of all our guests. Michael and Sofia will be next to you in order to provide you all the desired assistance and answer to your questions.
Last but not least, during the check-in, we will provide you with useful info or help about the area (beaches, daily tours, other places of interest) and a unique welcome gift!

In case you ask for it, we can reccoment you a car rental company or a make a taxi reservation for your transportation from/to the airport/port to the house.
Adittionaly, we can help you make a reservation to a restaurant of your choice or book daily trips, tours and activities.

We will be grateful if you take care of the house as we will take care of you!

No pets allowed.

Internet is well enough for web surfing, email checking, googling but not for live streaming, youtube videos, downloading or watching online movies. Besides, this house is ideal to escape from work and other obligations and enjoy Pure Nature!
